Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original, intact packaging
To initiate a return, please email our Customer Service at sales@trestilda.com.
All return requests are subject to approval. Once authorized, you will receive a confirmation email along with a return label.
You may then:
- Drop off your parcel at the nearest DHL, BRT, or DPD location, or
- Arrange a collection via DHL:

Please retain proof of postage. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days
- If rejected, the item will not be refunded

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for a different size within the same model, subject to availability.
To request an exchange:
- Contact sales@trestilda.com
- If available, the item will be reserved for you
- Once your return is received, the replacement will be shipped
For a different style or color, please return the item and place a new order.
Delivery
- You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email
Packaging
All orders are delivered in a signature TrèsTilda branded box, ideal for gifting.
- Suits and dresses are packaged in a reusable garment cover
